Reservation and Cancellation Policy

When booking for a special clubhouse event, your account will be billed when you pick up your tickets for the event. If no tickets are involved, then your account will be billed five days (5) prior to the event. Please remember that we have a 48 hour (prior to the event) cancellation policy. No shows or showing up with less than reservation numbers without 48 hour notice will result in a full charge according to the reservation. Also, when booking on behalf of your fellow Members, keep in mind you will be billed for the tickets if you do not advise us of the names of the other attending Members in your party. We welcome large parties but we reserve the right to create a seating plan that works best to maximize the room size. If a function is sold out, you will be advised and a waiting list will be started. We strongly recommend you always make reservations for dining at the club. By doing so, you enable us to staff the correct amount of servers and bartenders so we are able to offer the best service possible. Please call 604-277-1101 ext 247 for reservations.
