Reciprocals


Membership means a chance to play at other fine clubs; QGolf Club members enjoy full or limited reciprocal privileges at other private clubs located in BC, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

Full reciprocal privileges entitle a member in good standing of QGolf Club, to receive full membership privileges at: Uplands Golf Club in Victoria, Nanaimo Golf Club in Nanaimo, Gorge Vale Golf Club in Victoria, The Wascana Country Club in Regina, Saskatchewan, The Dundas Valley Golf & Curling Club in Hamilton, Ontario; Pymble Golf Club, in Sydney, Australia, Castle Hill Country Club, NSW Australia, Wack Wack Golf & Country in Manila, Philippines, Mission Hills Golf Club, in Shenzhen, China and Crail Golfing Society, in Crail, Scotland - the world's 7th oldest golf club instituted in 1786! In addition, Rivershore Golf Club in Kamloops  and Vernon Golf and Country Club in Vernon offer a sister relationship that allows QGolf Club members to play golf on payment of a $25 green fee. The procedure to book a golf time at these clubs is to make your request through QGolf Club's Golf Shop. Members are not restricted to booking this way at full reciprocal clubs. If QGolf Club members find themselves traveling on the Island or in the Interior and have some time for golf they may call these clubs themselves to book. Members must identify themselves as a QGolf Club member when requesting their tee time and ensure they have their membership card with them on arrival. 

Limited reciprocal clubs include: Beach Grove Golf Club, Pitt Meadows Golf & Country Club, Seymour Golf & Country Club, Swan-e-Set Bay Country Club, Richmond Country Club, Marine Drive Golf Club. A ballot system is used to book golf times at these limited reciprocal clubs. These ballots are restricted to foursomes only and are available in the Golf Shop. They will be drawn with consideration given to QGolf Club members who have not recently received a reciprocal privilege. Reciprocal requests will be drawn every Saturday after 2 PM. Staff will notify one member of each foursome of their tee time. The reciprocal bookings will also be posted in both locker rooms. The Golf Shop keeps a record of all reciprocal bookings in order to distribute reciprocal requests fairly. NEW Reciprocal - The Boulevard Club
The Boulevard Club, located in Toronto, Ontario, is on the water front, just west of downtown and so very accessible from Toronto's city center. Quilchena members will have no charge to access the club and may also use their sports facilities (aquatics, badminton, tennis, fitenss) as well as casual and fine dining, including their patio with one of the best lakeside views of the City. Each Quilchena G&CC Member will be able to bring up to 3 non-Quilchena Member guests into The Boulevard Club.
