Dress Code

Attire in the Clubhouse

1.  Quilchena aims to provide a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere for its members and guests through a progressive dress policy. Neat, smart casual attire inspired by contemporary fashion is expected at all times, for example:

a)    for men, hats and caps are not permitted on the second floor except for the outside decks        (exception for medical)
b)    denim is permitted
c)    athletic team style attire is not permitted
d)    any clothing with offensive slogans is not permitted

It is in all our interests to maintain reasonable standards of casual but smart dress in keeping with golfing traditions on the course and enjoyment of the clubhouse.  Club management is empowered by the Board to inform, educate and if necessary to enforce the dress policy.

Attire on the Golf Course

Neat, golf attire inspired by the professional tours is expected at all times, for example:

a)     hats and caps must be worn as they were designed
b)     denim not permitted
c)     athletic team style attire is not permitted
d)     cargos, cut-off shorts, sweats and other obviously non-golf attire is not permitted
e)     any clothing with offensive slogans is not permitted

It is in all our interests to maintain reasonable standards of casual but smart dress in keeping with golfing traditions on the course and enjoyment of the clubhouse.  Club management is empowered by the Board to inform, educate and if necessary to enforce the dress policy.

Food Minimum Cycles

The minimum food charge cycles are based on the first letter of your surname. The amount of the minimum charge per cycle is $250 ($125 for some Intermediates).
 
Members whose surnames begin with letters A – H
minimum food charge cycles end June (Jan-Jun $250), September ($250), and December ($250).
 
Members whose surnames begin with letters I – O
minimum food charge cycles end April (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr $250), July ($250) and October ($250).
 
Members whose surnames begin with letters P – Z
minimum food charge cycles end May (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May $250), August ($250)
and November ($250).
