Member Dining Events

At Quilchena, your Club is here for more than golf. It is also a place to gather, celebrate, and host with confidence.

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of Member dining events, including holiday celebrations, themed dinners, and specialty culinary evenings designed by our Food & Beverage team. These events are created to bring Members together in a welcoming and refined setting.

Private Functions

Members enjoy Quilchena’s hospitality daily through regular Club dining and special Member events — and you may also extend that experience to your own private gatherings.

Quilchena is a popular destination for business meetings, luncheons, celebrations, and weddings. Whether you are hosting clients, celebrating a retirement or anniversary, planning a family milestone, or organizing a larger reception, our team is here to assist.

With years of experience hosting events of all varieties — from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions — our Events Team will guide you through each step of the planning process. We offer three function rooms, flexible layouts, balcony access, and a variety of menu options tailored to your specific needs.

Our Catering Manager and F&B Team will work closely with you to coordinate room setup, scheduling, and menu design to ensure your event reflects the standards and service you expect from your Club.
